Art exhibition at Carrickmines Park

We have installed a new exhibition on our photo benches at Carrickmines Park entitled House Painting.

House Painting explores different views of house and home through the eyes of five of Ireland’s most interesting contemporary artists. While all work in paint, their themes are diverse, and their inspirations wide: from a discovery of family photographs to the stories of an elegant but now empty Georgian space, and from a kiss on the doorstep, to an old yellow sofa that might just have magical powers. The artists muse on those moments that bring a space and time to life.

The exhibition features works by Catherine Barron, Katherine Boucher Beug, Mollie Douthit, Lucy Doyle, and Sarah Walker. There are twelve exhibition benches to discover.
